If i did put 33s in it without any lift, wouldnt there be clearance issues in the trail?

I was thinking to get a Landcruiser 80 but i had a few questions first. Can you increase the tire size without lifting the rig? How expensive is it to get a 3" lift? Thank you as i said im a total noob alex
