Maybe your brake line is rubbing the shock . Check your caster angle on your front axle for death wobble think it is 5 to 6 degrees ? Adjustable track and control arms mite help

No they are free spinning hubs. I bought the trailer with old fj40 hubs on it so they are 6on5.5 i need change them to match the jeep 5on5.5 I have thought doing something like that. It would be nice to have brakes sometimes !I haven't really needed them .A parking brake wouldn't bad.
