Uh oh.... The plenum hose sounds like part of the intake. They tend to crack, especially the elbow where it goes into the turbo. The HPOP sway is a big job, no sure what the book calls for but I'll estimate 5-7 hours if it goes smooth. The HPOP's are pretty expensive, 6-700 from Ford.
