Here's dad's 1998 C3500 Crew Cab. Passed down to me when he was called home. Took me 2.5 years to get it from my mom as I was not ready to take his truck. I have it now and been deleting the chrome getting it ready for my camping vehicle.

I bought the all famous Lugable Loo. Makes my wife camping experience much better. I add cat litter and put the bucket in the shower enclosure. I'm happy and she loves it. Get the bucket with the toilet seat, it's not that much more.

Payload on my 1999 Silverado NBS is just a little over 1500#. I was thinking of adding a leaf spring myself instead of air bags. Check auto zone for the "add-a-leaf"

The Ridgid Professional 22" tool boxes are a great runner up to the Pelican. Strudy, strong. I bought 2 boxes which will be for camping gear, new tool box and my DJ gear as well.

Lance just recently released a hard side truck camper that will fit in a 6.5ft bed. Weighs approx 1800+ lbs with a wet bath. Google it and that maybe your ticket for a truck camper. What's your payload weight?
