That "what ever" is a tourniquet. It is a must know item these days. (even watching a how to video, could save a life) If you need it, the time it takes to brake those rubber bands won't be an issue. Nice kit.

I am a Hummer H1 fan. Although the size does provide some challenges being so wide, but I have learned to limit my adventures.
