I have a set of custom rack lifters that fit a M101 trailer. There are 4 Windy Nation 250lb linear actuators, brackets, square telescopic tubing, and locking pins. The tops have hemi joints to allow for movement.

If anyone is interested, I have a Ace Engineering Pro Stubby bumper for a 2007-2017 Jeep JK. I have a 20" dual row Lifetime LED light bar mounted in it. I have the winch plate, but it has been drilled for a Smittybilt. $400. This is over $700 new. I need it out of my garage. Pic of it installed...
RougeWon....what will you be driving? I definitely want to meet you. Look for me if I don't bump into you. I'll be there Thursday Afternoon. Here's my rig.....
So this past weekend was the christening of our camper. The wife and my son both spent the weekend in the tent. She was surprised at how comfortable it was, plus was impressed with the privacy the annex provided. Now, rain did hamper us a little and the mosquitoes were HORRIBLE!! Luckily...
We had the trial weekend!! I found a few small things to fix with how I set up the awning, and I'm not sure on if I should get the tent higher so the annex is fully extended to the ground. The linear actuators are a little louder that I expected. Does anyone have a good resource for custom...
Go the trailer behind the Tacoma, test fit the Foxwing stowed, and with the rack fully extended. I still have to put power to the acutators before I dare to put the RTT on. There are a few touchups to do, i.e. grinding a few welds down and repainting to make everything fit good. I don't know...
So when I went to install the rack, I seem to mismeasured. I came up 3/4" short between the support tabs. So, I cut the outside ones off and added (2) 3/16" shims between each and welded the crap out of them. I was then able to put the rack on.
Skip ahead to where I did lots of work, but took no pictures.......rack lifters done, heim joints installed, linear acutators fitted, coat of grey primer to match truck done.......
Pull pins welded, and bases of the legs welded to 2"x 1/8" angle iron to bolt to bottom trailer lip. My straight welds are pretty good, around circular objects, not so pretty but they will hold.
Super jealous!! I am building my M101A2, but that thing is sweeet!! I love the storage solutions you have come up with. This is now definitely on my radar.
