We don't currently have anything on the owners group, but I will post your thread. As gdaut mentioned, ask Nimbl to keep an eye out for you as well. I have not seen one for sale that did not go up on this forum though.
Just switching over from a truck camper to ADV. Are there any ADV forums that are a little more used / busier than here?
Also, in search of some decent YouTube inspiration, blogs and any other online ADV type sites. Is there an Expedition Portal equivalent out there?
Hi. Thanks to all who expressed interest in the rig. I just wanted to add a couple of things.
1 - Sale is pending. Looks like the rig will be heading to a nice guy in LA. Thread title edited to suit.
2 - The import process is not a PIA at all, vehicle dependant. What was a PIA was needing a...
Some people mentioned an EPA decal stating it confirms to US Spec. Usually in the door jamb or under the hood. I couldn't find it at first but, it is on the valve cover.
Just looking into this now. It's not a difficult process, Just a bit time consuming. So I am collating the paperwork required along with all links to the import process to save anyone else the hassle. Will keep you posted.
Not sure. It was never really an issue so I didn't pay any attention. We travelled slow and stopped often, fuel wasn't a big cost as we only did 10k miles a year. Other owners with the same vehicle report 11 to 14mpg from what I recall. Of course, driving on a flat highway with AT tires is...

Not sure about that. Something you would have to look into unless someone else can comment. I know it needs EPA and DOT Conformity .... both of which should be no issue as it's not a weird / European model.
Correct. It took ages to find a low mileage manual, but found one eventually. Dodge used...
No, thank you. Reason for sale is that we are building a house in Nicaragua. Otherwise we'd keep the camper. We may get a moto to leave at home but not another vehicle.
If you are in the market for a low mileage, perfectly built, high quality expedition truck camper. This is it. Our Nimbl / XPCamper is now for sale.
One of the world’s best truck campers being sold by the founder of the NIMBL Vehicles & XPCamper Owners Club.
The truck is in excellent...
haha, I am around 40 years younger but ... same .... I can't be doing with hardships. My wife could live in a cardboard box and not complain. I definitely can't be bothered. I like some off road, but not a ton, I like remote camping but with a fridge, kitchen, shower, queen size bed and toilet.
