Has any one been able to source after market rocker switches that fit into the spaces where the blank switch panels are on the later nps models [2019]. Trying to add switches for driving lights and cameras ect that look like the are meant to be there.
Thanks for all the input and ideas every one, at last i got a reply with measurements from Torklift and 3 steps would fold up to 330mm deep by 533 high which would make them impractical to fold up inside a door way that has steps built into it. More suitable to a slide on or van that has a full...
Thanks for that Karl, i just might pinch your idea as it is the most practical set up. I will only need 3 steps as i already have 2 steps inside the door entry that are built in.
Only have 160mm space under the door without lowering the ground clearance of the rock slider bar. May have to make up some thing to fit into this space but we need 2 steps and most store bought ones need 200 mm plus
Has anyone used or looked at these steps that mount inside your door entry and fold back inside the closed door when traveling. They are a new product made my Torklift usa and none of the Australian agents keep stock it seems. Would be keen to use them in a new build but i can not find decent...
driver tried to race the tide instead of going over the bypass , an extra 5 minutes. imo he has driven too close to the base of the rocks where there is always a deep hole caused by the wave action, once you stop in the surf waves the sand washes out from under the wheels and sucks the vehicle...
My opinion only but i like the fishoil. If you have a compressor get a engine cleaning gun and spray it into all the hollow sections at a high preasure and it will mist into every nock and cranny. Fish oil will eventualy dry but stay sticky so water will not float it off like some oil does. Have...
as for panels have a look on gumtree or e bay and see if there are any used 250 watt house panels for sale. Most upgrades will not use the pre existing panels so you can at times pick them up for around $70 to $100 each for 2 or 3 year old panels
imo they are both great vehicles and were the only 2 on my short list, the decider was probable the thicker chassis and the fact that i have 2 good friends that work at Isuzu dealerships
