On your post #3 you mention a tiger provan sold in Portland with a Colorado phone number. I'm desperate to find the original post. Or any other info you might have. My tiger provan XL AWD 2002 was stolen from me in Lafayette, CO on Sept. 24. BKI 517 CO plates, VIN 1GNEL19X72B111386. It could be the same vehicle. Please respond. Do you know how to actually write or talk to someone on the Expedition Portal?
