No, I also had some screws come loose that mounted the Renogy inverter unit down, but I never had any problems opening the inverter's front panel (that hides the wires), if that's what you're talking about.

If you are saying that the front connector and wiring back to the battery that many dwellers have is non-existent, then I believe we had other reports of older dwellers not having them. What model year is yours?

Yes, for the factory solar charge controller you need the Renogy BT-1 device that hooks up to the RJ-11 port. Once you have that purchased and installed, you can use the DC Home app to talk to it via Bluetooth.

Follow up on my pulsing lights. I swapped in the Victron MPPT 100/30 yesterday and so far, no flickering/pulsing of the interior lights, like I had with the Renogy PWM controller.
