We recently moved back to the Lower 48 after almost 20 years of living in Alaska (Kodiak and Kenai Peninsula) and have been enjoying trips to places we used to haunt.
Over the New Year, we visited Death Valley. We purposefully had no real plan and wandering up and down DV’s dirt roads brought back all of our desert loving feelings.
So glad we bought new Goodyear Wrangler DuraTracs for the Xterra before the trip... worth every penny.
