The ERVs with the 7.3L engine don't appear too often. I wish I could pick this up, but I'm already too deep into my 7.3 ambo build

If it has clean CA title, why can't it be registered in CA? I used to own a '03 E350 with a 7.3 PSD, registered in CA, and I don't remember any smog stuff on it.

I believe it's due to the GVWR. They became a lot stricter with HD diesels in 2023. Any diesel 14,000+ GVWR has to be 2010 or newer
