@Kingsize24 Thanks. I just need to get out more. My goal is fewer Marriott nights and more Eezi Awn stays, just need to quit my job… and sell the house… and get the young adults off the payroll. ;-).

I get that. I still have the kiddos on the payroll, lol, but I definitely understand the rest. The more stays away from stuff like that, and the more out on your own you get, the more peace you find. I wish you the best!

@RKRUGER very cool mods you just added. I have the same identical trailer and tent and just got back from the Smoky Mountains with the family. I may have to borrow some of your ideas. I've been thinking about selling the trailer but may hold off after seeing these cool mods you have done.

@Epix Have at it, and thank you for the kudos. There have been a few on this site and Mud over the years that I have drooled over. The Horizon seems much more practical, but as with most practical things, it doesn’t stir my soul in the same way.

Looking at your profile I didn’t see a thread. Post one up. These are nearly Vintage now! Ha. And reach out anytime with questions.

Made the trek to Loveland CO to catch up w friends and see some cool new gear. The level of the builds is, well, next level.
Thursday morning while I was checking emails, my son says “Dad, someone is taking pictures of your trailer”. To my surprise it was @elcoyote looking over one of his creations. Mario and I spent nearly an hour poking around here and there, confirming that #14 was what it was and you could just tell he was proud of it. An “heirloom piece of equipment” is how he described it.
Mario appreciated my upgrades and said “I approve!” to the integrated Snow Peak IGT table and grill.

It was an honor.

While there I also reunited with Homer and its new owner @njc955 We all had a great time swapping stories and comparing notes on the new gear!
