Because your video-stated reason to sell is the hitch extension (and the unwanted leverage; well-known problem), simply lengthen the tongue. This is easy for a standard fabricator because Chinese trailers often copy an Australian-style frame that has plenty of surface area for gusseting, etc. This is the case for your trailer. Depending on the design of the modified tongue, you can create extreme jackknifing clearance -- this is super handy for real adventures. The extension can have several lengths for different use cases and can be removable. We have all of the above mods, and I think this mod is second in importance only to airbag CM suspension for true performance.

Thanks for the info

Because you have already removed some/all of the trailer's factory front storage bin(s) in order to create swing clearance, you are on your way to nirvana. Cut the factory tongue back, then build the tongue extension from a single beam. This gives you a narrow tongue and creates a large clear area into which you can jackknife. My wife and I can jackknife our trailer a bit past 90 degrees in both directions. This is VERY handy on trails with obstacles, switchbacks, etc. Ours is beam (the tongue, with McHitch bolted to it) within a beam (tied to chopped factory tongue with tie-backs extending rearward) to provide a 4-position extendable/removable system. Easy to build and creates real trail performance because of optionality.
