I've been eyeing some FJ Cruisers and this one appears to be local and a bit out of my price range I guess, but my only question is why is it registered in Montana and not California? Any smog issues?

It's registered and titled to my LLC, based in Montana. Vehicles older than 11 yrs old qualify for permanent registration in MT, and no sales tax. It just made more sense for me since I already had the LLC established and had done that with a prior vehicle. I haven't needed to smog it, so I don't know of any issues.

I see that you have a 2005 FWC Hawk on a 2001 Ford F350. My prior vehicle (mentioned above) was an 05 Dodge Ram 3500 with FWC Hawk flatbed. My plan was to do a multi year overland travel expedition with it, which is why I formed the LLC in MT. 2020 changed my plans.
