Hello! I used Garmin Russia topo. navigation. Plus standard road atlas of the Russia. Of course you can camp anywhere in most places as well as there are some kind of organized "camps". I'll will be happy to be more specific if needed
hy there, i have some plans for same trip for next year, can you tell me where can i find maps for this region and how is working with the camps, can you camp anywhere or are organised camp sites?
