    It does have the 5 year warranty that comes with every James Baroud tent, it should be good until Summer of 2023.

    I spoke to their main dealer (Ok4wd) and they said warranty is transferable no problem. So no worries on that front!

    how does 3,900 sound? the tent new is 4,300 in black. I have slept in it 3-4 times and it is in perfect condition I got it in July its a 2018 with 5Y warranty. I also have all 6 mounting points including 2 that haven't been used at all (I mounted it with 4, they provide 6) ,the tent cover, and the ladder as well. I will clean it out and give it a fiberglass treatment before sale as well. Thank you for reaching out!
