Hi Ben,

I saw your Tiger was up for sale and it looked like you had made a ton of upgrades. I am a recent Tiger owner. I have taken it on several months long trips and have been steadily modifying it to work better for my needs.

I saw that you added insulation under the floor and was curious to learn more about how you did that.

I appreciate any help you might be able to offer.

Just a suggestion. You may get more interest on your Gaerne boots if you post in this thread...https://expeditionportal.com/forum/forums/expedition-motorcycles-bicycles-and-equipment.97/. Where you have them is pretty much stuff for the 4wheelers. Good luck with it.

Hi Ben, noticed you have a good Tiger Rig. I'm about to purchase a Tiger, gasoline powered Chevrolet 2500, not diesel. For extended , full time cruising, also outside the US, what are your thoughts on gasoline vs diesel?

Is it a major disadvantage the gasoline rig, a fatal flaw?

Any advice would be appreciated
