Replace the damaged harness or sensor. You dont want to take a chance with ABS/VSC/TRAC operation. It is a sensitive system.

Check the factory repair manual for the MA spec. what you have sounds high for a Toyota. I would disconnect your dual battery set up and any other aftermarket stuff and re check your parasitic drain / MA spec. before moving forward. Keep in mind the dealer will charge you to disconnect your...

Check your stop light switch which is mounted to the brake pedal bracket under your dash. Could have water contamination that it is not designed to deal with.

Isn't the ICON FJ40 and FJ45 produced/built by TLC in Southern California ? If TLC are Cruiser experts why are they building a Jeep ?

That is an 85 with a SFA. If it was IFS it would not be such a straight line between the tires.
