Looks like the bracket mounts to the "T" slots . Other than different spacing of the slats between the Frontrunner and Rhino rack, I would think the bracket should work.

Great idea. I always thought a drawback of the Oztent was its size and having to carry it on the roof exposed to the elements.

I've seen sand tracks mounted on "L" tracks on the side of vehicles. How are the "L" tracks mounted to the vehicle? Nutserts? Then use a "L" track threaded stud to mount the tracks?
The studs are only an inch long so a coupler would be needed to be long enough to go through the tracks...
I have this bag. Larger than most messenger bags and not tactical looking. This bag holds alot of stuff if need be.

You can try calling ARB back and perhaps you can talk to someone more helpful .
I'm sure you eliminated the 12VDC power cord as the issue. Put a meter on the fridge plug to ensure you have 12 volts.
This sounds crazy , but if the issue is the power supply and electrical/ circuit board...
