That is great to hear.
I wonder why they didn't bring it to SEMA.
Perhaps they are still selling like hot cakes and they don't need to show it...... weird.
I was surprised that Smitty did not have a scout at SEMA this past week.
Looks like they have taken off on many other overland items. Great looking ones too.
Scout is still sold right??
Yeah..... they impressed me quite a lot out of the box.
If there were just a model that had a 5k tow rating I'd pull the trigger yesterweek.
Talked to a Ford rep @SEMA last week and he shared that there were no imidiate plans on having such model.

Today same run the observations are:
Fuel mileage 21.9 mpg which is a huge difference.
The major difference...
Had an opportunity to drive the wild track with the saqvaa...... sazkqui...... ehhh.... big furry elusive creature edition to its new home in Moab.
Did about 100miles of freeway and then bad road full of pot holes and I must say that I am impressed how well the box drove.
Very stable at...
This is obviously not an off road event but still pretty cool as Branson used the new defender to tow his space ship back to Port after the first paid human spaceflight. Actually this was a conformity flight......before the first paying customers are going..... still...
