I have had the yammy 2000i for 3 years now.
Full tank is 1.1 gallon i think.
It will run a very long time.
@15% I ran it in eco mode and after 8 hrs it had still only used a bit over 1/4 tank.
I was considering both the 2k honda and yammi.
Yammi won due to the ability to switch off the gas thus...
I sanded the spot for the adhesion as the paint was very rough. I then cleaned with denatured alcohol, and used 3M pads with adhesive backing. Zip tied the wires to the pads.
I purchased the jp40 about a month ago.
They had a covid special on their website and I got it for a very reasonable 400 i think.
In low it pulls 2.3amp and high about 3.5 amps.
Came with a cover and it is quiet with a small fan running when the compressor runs.
It disperses a bit more heat than...
My engel mu40 did not really get even warm when in there.... but have you considered the affect of covering half of the intake of your unit.
Not sure if it will be Ffected of that. You can just trim the bucket further if need be.
Looks great.
I thought about going that route as it would save quite a bit of wire with all the lights I had on mine throughout each compartment and the outside. In the end I decided not to. For no other reason that at each terminating point, I would have to drill and clean paint off, which in the end would...
The weld is normal. You can just loose the nut and as you turn the bolt the off center washer will force movement up/down/left/right of the center part of the bolt. You might not be able to see much until you wiggle the trailer a bit. I found that as you change the camber if the trailer was...
No reason not to at all.
It really is what would suit you.
We have been camping g for a long time and knew that for us (family of 4) if we had 5 gallon of RO drinking water and 12 gallon of all purpose water that would keep us for 4 days.
Most of our trips were 2 to 3 days and so we could always...
We just drove from Grand Junction CO to Lawton OK and picked up our Nano 194BHS, then turned around and went back home, making a trip out of it. We have had just about everything on either two or 6 wheels, so this is not our first rodeo. I agree with the posters that RV manufactures are shooting...
I thought long and hard about installing an under the frame water tank. It would lover the CG, and be out of the way, thus very conveniant. I would not have mind at all to fab it. The two factors that brought my tank inside the front was:
1: Protection from ground strikes. This trailer is...
In case you want to see how the composite parts were created you can either look in the smitty thread here where the whole build is embedded or visit my Carbon fiber Facebook page. If you look here in the smitty thread it would go faster if you search under my username. There are also a few...
Thank you for the kind words. It has been fun building it and it works awesome.
I have actually looked into other hitches, but simply left it on the table until we would venture into very difficult terrain. You would simply remove the pin and pull out the current hitch and install whatever other...
If you have your own RTT and want to save a bit, I would consider taking the tent off and reduce the price. Same goes for the Engel fridge.
Just a thought.
