Are Awning rooms available for Batwings?

Wonder why Rhino Rack stopped making it, it's no longer listed on their site and looks like it was originally designed for the Foxwing. Looks like a nice setup. I'm guessing Rhino might be coming out with something new for this?

Are Awning rooms available for Batwings?

I also just purchased a Rhino Rack Batwing Awning and saw the following on Rhino's site: Batwing tappered Zip Extension With 4 Tapered Zip Extensions attached together on your Batwing Awning, you can create a full enclosure for your family and friends. They also have the Batwing/Sunseeker...

    Poly vs stainless tanks ?

One of my thoughts of going with a SS tank on my X-venture trailer, was I could run low voltage heating cables around the tank, to keep it from freezing in lower temperature trips. I do know you need to be careful with baffles, as the tank that came on my X-Venture is 2 11gal plastic tanks with...

    Fridge only or fridge/freezer?

I know you said you are trying to stick with National Luna, but I went with an Engel Combi 45L it has a moveable partition that allows you to run the whole thing as a freezer or fridge, or just certain sections as a freeze and a the other as a fridge. This to me allowed the most flexibility. The...

    Garmin Overlander

The only thing that keeps drawing me to it, is that you can connect 4 cameras to it, that with the integration with the inreach keeps my ears up on it, but I want to be able to play with it before purchasing.

    Corned Beef Hash

Hey, I'm by no means a health freak, and I eat rather poorly. I totally understand comfort food. My post was just an alternative to something I think tastes a lot better and more versatile in terms of using something for more than just one meal.

    Engle 45 12 volt cable end standard/type

In my trailer I decided to go with the Engel DC POSI FIT. This allowed me to hard wire it into my trailer, but also gives me the easy flexibility to take it out the trailer and use it in a different vehicle, as I keep the "top" of the 12v connector in the pocket in the insulating cover for the...

    Corned Beef Hash

So I grew up with Corned Beef dinners and always looked forward to home made hash the next day. I've never been a fan of the canned stuff, so here's what I usually do. If you're going on a long trip it's pretty good idea to get/bring along a six quart pressure cooker. The corned beef can be made...

Photos of mid-sized vehicles - Post Here

Thank you, I had a 2018 ZR2 gas V6 prior to the Diesel Bison, same setup on both of them, I'm averaging about 6 mpg better with the diesel than the gas, both city and highway, as well as towing an XVenture XV-2 trailer. There is definitely enough power around town and on the highway. Heading out...

I went to Overland West '19 this past weekend in my '19 Extended Cab Diesel ZR2 Bison, with my Xventure XV-2 in tow. I was amazed in how many folks walked up to me to talk about my rig and trailer setup and how much they liked it, some didn't know it was a Bison until they started chatting with...

Has anyone figured out a solid mounting setup for the ALU CAB expedition 3?

I share mine with a friend who mounts it on her 4Runner with a prinsu style rack, what she ended up doing was mounting Alu-Cab load bars to the prinsu style rack and that made attaching the Alu-Cab tent very easy. On my set up on my truck, the tent easily mounts to my Leitner Load bars, and the...

Take a look at the posters name: 589fab, that is there own bumper and bedrack, they make great products, especially their shock skids for the Colorado.

Chevrolet offering serious off-road performance parts for the ZR2 in 2019, never seen this kind of OEM support

I originally wanted the Diesel and flew to Denver from Austin to pick one up, but the dealership was so bad, that I got a lyft back to the airport and flew home and the only extended cab available at the time in the area was the gas. With the roof rack, bedrack and weight of the drawer system, I...

Chevrolet offering serious off-road performance parts for the ZR2 in 2019, never seen this kind of OEM support

Just so everyone knows, cause Doug Demuro sure got it wrong. The ZR2 is only rated towing up to 5,000 lbs, with either the diesel or the petrol. This is due to the raised suspension and less air that front bumper provides to the engine. All other Colorado's (i'm guessing not the 4-cylinder gas...

Yes, mine is like this too, I keep a ratcheting strap around it, as it's not a high priority problem with the list I got running.

Alu-cab shadow on Rhino Rack help request

Can you post a photo of the "included" mounts? My assumption is they should be L shaped. I have my shadow awn attached to my tent, so those brackets are different, my guess is you have the wrong brackets.

    Front Runner Wolf Packs

I bought three of them during their black friday sale along with three high lids and the steel latches, they came in yesterday. The quality is not beyond their price, what is nice about them is their design and being as strong as they are for their price. You would have to pay a lot more for...
