How do you like using the decked drawers with the Gofast camper? I've been thinking about getting both for my truck, but I'm curious how you feel the height of the decked system affects livability in the camper/tent?

In the market for a wedge or pop-up camper for a short box (5.5') F150. I live in MN but I'd be willing to drive a few hours for the right model and price. If a teardrop/squaredrop trailer is more your speed, I'd possibly be able to trade straight up. I have a 2 year old, gently used Escapade...

I'm interested in this question too. I'm confident that I would like the 6.5' bed except for one thing...the turning radius. Does the extra foot of wheelbase make that big of a difference in turning? I've heard a lot of owners say that longer bed is really tough to turn. Any thoughts on that?

You can camp right off the trails but only at existing campsites and you have to have a pre-approved backcountry permit. The permits are issued at the park headquarters in person only. You cannot reserve a backcountry campsite or get the permit online. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

We usually tie up one of those dog trolleys between two trees to let the dog run somewhat free if we are in an established campground with rules. If we are in a dispersed camping situation, we just let her run free and she comes back when she’s bored. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
