Agreed, in most cases, shock bodies/reservoirs go up to the frame and the shock shaft is mounted to the axle. This typically is done to protect the shock body and keeps it stationary and the shaft moves up and down.

Very cool!!! I was torn between a hard side pop up, soft side pop up or just a hard side fixed. I ended up going with the fixed option because I didn't want to deal with trying to find someone to do the fabric. Nice job on your setup. Here is where mine is currently at, with the fixed sides.

If your wheels and tires are rated for the GVWR (really each axle weight would be better) or more and your total weight is below GVRW, there is no reason to change wheel studs. The factory ones are more than capable as long as they are not damaged by over tightening or other physical damage...
