I used VHB 4956 upon recommendation from OVRLND. It works on the Coroplast and I have had success on the black plastic pop top panels to stick Velcro for storage pockets. I used it for the insulation to aluminum as well. It is awesome stuff.

I kept all the camper wiring on one corner of the camper with a SAE port that powers up the electrical panel from a power station. OVRLND installed the solar port and wires and I installed additional wiring into the ceiling for lighting and USB charging. Any 120v source I run off the power...

This is a good idea. I have had success using VHB tape to stick to the coroplast. This led light strip had some 3m VHB and it stuck to the coroplast just fine amazon.com/dp/B09MFBJK4P?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

That is 1” rigid foam insulation in that photo. The ceiling can fit 1.5” which is what I installed. I first did 1" and then added 0.5". I used coroplast for the ceiling and due to the 1/8” thickness I used 1/4" insulation from amazon for the outermost bays so the coroplast did not sit below the...

The AF top was a different construction method for the cab over portion of the topper. There is info way back on this thread and they are noticeable by the two tone color scheme.

The positive pressure vent works really well. I have a 3rd Gen Tacoma with tailgate not sealed and do not have dust issues. I highly recommend the PPV. I highly recommended insulating the camper as soon as possible to almost eliminate condensation in humid location. It helps a lot with hot...

I used a table saw and a jigsaw to make the cuts. I traced the outside of the window frames and cut approximately 1/2” smaller so the outside trim/feame overlapped the cuts. The trim/frame will still index the welded aluminum framing of the camper. Table saw works well for the rigid foam...

Looks good 👍 I like the Coroplast in white as it makes it nice and bright inside the camper. It helps quite a bit with condensation as well at the aluminum studs. Two adults, one kid and two dogs sleep in the camper so a lot of moisture overnight. I used it on the ceiling as well. .

With the AF top it had 3/4” ply spacers on the side of the pull out. I put 1/2” rigid foam and 4mm (1/8”) Coroplast panel and took the plywood spacers off. There is a little space between the bed and the Coroplast but I also put velcro fuzzy side on the side of the bed pull out so it has a soft...

First trip with Coroplast interior panels camping on the coast. Condensation mostly limited to the canvas now. All the wall and ceiling storage in place was nice. Dogs approved.

Finally found a small power station that would meet my needs with DC input and 12V DC output that would be able to mount on the wall of the camper. It's the NEBO Rambler 200 and it allows the 12V systems in the camper to run while having an empty bed. It has a 200 watt inverter which is nice for...

I camped in some decent wind in Death Valley and was also impressed. The tensioned canvas is a important detail for camping in the wind.

Any Tacoma owners out there have this installed for battery or other storage. Seems like a great solution for bed space. Tacoma 05-23 bedside storage / battery relocation boxes.

Finished up the ceiling insulation and Coroplast panels. Total of 1.5” of rigid foam. Outside bays got a little less taking into account the thickness of the Coroplast on the outside edge. I wanted it to be flush with the bottom of the aluminum. It all turned out decent and no moisture absorbing...

Milwaukee Packout mounted. JDS customs aluminum wall plates worked great and are excellent quality. A couple more to mount. Compact fits perfectly between the cab window and exterior walls. Slowly coming together.

The set up is basically 2/3 of a bambed style platform with a simple box underneath. The platform slides and allows for top access to the box. I regularly use my truck bed for truck things so I wanted something easily removeable. The tailgate end of the bed is where the ice chest and dry food...

Some progress photos. Working on the Coroplast wall panels and adding some aluminum unistrut. Going to have some Milwaukee Packout compact mounts on either side of the cab slider window and next to the drivers side electrical panel. A 33.5" x 18" molle panel on the wall next to the fold down...

I finished up (mostly) my electrical panel and got everything working with the Bluetti AC60P. Still need to tidy up the wires. Next step is the panels for the sides followed by headliner.

Got the solar panel fixed on the roof today. Renogy 175W panel which I fabricated some 1.5” x 2” x 2” angle brackets for. I wanted to get two bolts into the track for redundancy plus I used Loctite and lock washers. I didn’t feel confident trusting just one of the track nuts per corner. The...
