That is doable.
If you loosen up the horn on the driver side you can spin it up or if the way towards the hood and retighten to leave clearance there.
Personally I left my solenoid box on my winch simply zip tied to the winch vs bolted so I can quickly cut the ties and move it over and...
I noticed no lack of strength and had it fully loaded many times. Ultimately I removed the shelf, to elevate my fridge on a custom drawer project that I still have yet to start.
Picked up a christmas tree and tossed it up on the roof. With the pelicans up there it was easier to mount the tree sideways (it was short). I can honestly say I think I am the only person to ever mount a tree sideways up on the roof. O well, it worked!

Teraflex Alpine control arms installed! I was happy to see Teraflex launch a new series of arms with the OEM style bushing. Yes, I may lose a little bit of max flex, but that was not a concern for me. The fact that these arms are maintenance free and quiet earned them a spot underneath the JKU...
Black and Coyote would be my recommendations. Both can be classed up with the appropriate accents.
ACU is limiting yourself IMO despite availability of pouches etc.
