I don't know much about Yankton, SD, but here in Boise a lot of the local bike stores sometimes carry used bikes. Some of them take trade-ins and then fix them up. You could get a good bike for a little less money. Just a suggestion.

What's the price on the LR3 rack? How is wind noise on the LR3 with the rack installed? Had any feedback from anyone?

You are mixing tranny oil 50/50 with diesel and running it through your motor? I'm not familiar with using waste oil in a diesel. Veggie oil, bio diesel, yes. Not waste oil. How does it run? Because of the 50/50 I'm assuming you don't have to heat it up?

Thanks, Snagger. Guess a timing check would be in order. The injectors though. Interesting. Didn't think about them. I had a Ford power stroke, and the injectors were rebuilt by a local company. Can Land Rover injectors be rebuilt? Or just easier to buy new ones?

Tried turning it up a bit, but the EGT's went pretty high very fast. I was at 1250 very quickly. I turned it back down a little. Now it runs great, good power, but mileage still sucks. I'm sure it needs tuned properly.

Where is Rovers in the Hole? I get over there a few times a year to see my wife's family. Would be good to have a resource there.
