Not really sure what info you're after. Bottom line is the Titan XD and the regular Titan use different frames. The XD has a higher payload and is off their commerical line. The 7 series might be even more and an F350 even more.

XD frame is completely different than the regular Titan. It's not just thickness. The shape, length, cross members, mounting points etc. are different.

No one knows until door stickers get posted. Supposed to be 1700lbs on the new Taco but my guess is that will be max for any trim/drivetrain and the trailhunter will be like 1100lbs. The new Tundra was supposed to have a higher payload and on real world door stickers it's been around...

None of them. The market is saturated with options. Unless the price point is significantly different I don't think there's much space in the market currently. A full bolt on flatbed solution or a lightweight version of an alaskan for a lower price point is about the only gap I currently see.

What are your bed dimensions? I have an ovrlnd camper in Prineville I have been toying with selling. Came off a 6.5' bed Titan but had it sized to be more universal when I ordered it. It's a rad camper; I just inherited a cargo conversion trailer though so I'm not sure I need both.

Yokohama G015 is pretty decent. Just get something with the most edges from the factory.

That's true. Mine is also a base base base model other than the rear locker ha. My Titan XD is much nicer quality, much better warranty, and better equipped and was cheaper than a base model f150 of the same year and miles ha.

The real world payload is great. My work f150 has a 2000lb payload (Supercab, 4wd, 5.0, 8' bed) but it doesn't feel half as planted (or quality) as the XD.

I had the Icon suspension on my regular Titan for such a long time I can't recall how it drove stock. That said, the XD is definitely heavier and feels even more planted. High road suspension. Used him for my previous Icon set up. Significantly cheaper and still the OEM Nissan kit!

Got out testing the stock setup. Did fine but the Icons and some tires are definitely going to help!

Sounds like you should sell and just buy one that meets your needs... Or get the FWC between those two.
