Scoutman Thanks for the response. At this point, the roof is total rebuild. So I am replacing all wood and foam on roof lid and walls. Still looking for 3/4" closed cell foam board; may have to use styrofoam. Still have not decided on product for gluing aluminum to foam. Thanks, David
