Mine is installed top center of shell. Works great. Just have to remember to wipe it off after being in the grime.

Ram 2500 mega cab diesel. 6 speed. Caravan camper shell. Decked drawers. Aluminess bumper with spare tire carrier and Cooler carrier. Dogs use the aluminess bumper as step when getting in/out.

Great choice on your test monkey. I am still interested in the system, but have a question. Your web page says the system is not compatible with a 'bed rug'. I have seen pics on line of decked systems in trucks with bed rugs. What's the story? Really want both.
