Fox #985-24-048 should fit the rear with a small lift.

The door skins are different. The skins for the windows have an indention so the window sits flush. If you just cutout the solid door the glass will stick out from the door.

As best I could gather when I did mine, the 7623 (1-1/8") and 7635 are the same shape bar but with different mounts and the 7635 is 1-3/8". It didn't look like the 2500 mounts would work with the 1500 rear axle. I never had the 7635 in my hands though. The 7635 works with a 2" rear lift.

They flash the BCM. They need to call GM and list the part numbers of what is changed. Then GM will send them a reflash.

I drive mostly in the Sierras and have 3.73 gears and 33" tires. I really want lower gears, I will eventually go to 4.56. I have got a few estimates between $2600-$3000. Most good 4x4 shops do gear changes and don't need to be sent out. No need to touch the transfer case.

Sorry for the late response, Herbie is spot on (as usual) the pucks are used with the factory body mount bushings.

I used 3" diamater. It takes 12. 14mm bolts so at least 9/16" holes, 5/8" woukd work.

Not sure who the seat manufacture was it was a take out from a van Sportmobile Fresno was redoing. It was setup to run seat belts. My only complaint with the seat is that the frame and sliders consume a lot of the under seat space limiting some storage.

I used the Webasto fuel pickup. I drilled a whole in the top of the tank with a step bit a few inches aft of the fuel pump. It's been working for five years now. Here is the discussion about it with some other options discussed in my build thread.

I added two inches using a DOM steel tube as a sleeve. I cant recall the size, but the ID was roughly the size of the steering shaft. I recall having to machine the inside slightly to make it fit.

I think the the 4111 on the axle tag is the tooth count on the ring and pinion 41/11= ~3.73.
