Totally agree seems like a bad oversight that I think has been remedied on the JL? I am leaning more and more to just keeping the seats in and dealing with it. Will post up the kit in a separate thread and see if there is any interest.

Thanks for the update and glad you are stoked on it! I was traveling and have not installed it yet. I am actually giving thought to not installing after all keep wondering if not having the back seats will be something I regret.
