I just acquired the tent with a new overland built truck. I set it up in the driveway and it looks complete and unused (no annex room). New price is $2,995 + shipping + tax and I believe they are backordered. This is an opportunity to save $1600 or so on one of the best tents available...

I would consider that if a buyer were willing to pay $46,000. I'd rather sell it cheaper to a cash buyer however.

Hi Hossier, I wouldn't recommend it due to the tongue weight. It's significantly larger than the trailers you are looking at.

Not to rush anyone prospective buyers, but I will be winterizing the trailer this weekend and renting a storage unit next week to free up my garage space. Once storage is leased, I will no longer be in a hurry to sell and the price will be more in line with spring pricing at $43k until it sells.
