Super late reply. Missed your post somehow. There is no proper locker for the Dana S110 rear but it is LSD. The front is a wide track Super 60. Mine has 5.38 gears and a Yukon front locker. 2001 F450 converted to 2006 suspension and axles. Very capable.

Have two of these. The bridging ability has saved my rather long break over angle in southern Utah ledge/shelf country like nothing else. Well worth the weight. I always carry them now. Mine are 2" thick because my rig is big but not huge.

Try Purcell Tires. They do all of the Kennicott mine truck wheel work. I've never had them do a balance but they know their big tire stuff. Have you explored Centramatics? I have a custom set for my MPTs that Whering (on this forum) designed and they work well.

Insulate it. Real problem is any lines and valves going in or out of the tank. I think it would take eons to freeze a sizeable tank solid.

The main disadvantage of big lug tires is lack of siping. But you can air down too and it helps a lot. My MPT81s got me through the most epic snow year ever in Utah this year. I ran 30psi all winter. Much softer ride. Still might have them siped though.
