    Clunking on acceleration

That is a lot of wear on the spline. My assessment would be it was possibly caused by a lack of lubrication. Did your mechanic give any opinions?

    My Box

What side of the truck is the steering wheel on; right or left? It's your truck, so that is a decision only you can make. Having said that, there is another option, that being to have a stepped subframe and a stepped floor in the camper. That could give you more headroom in 80% of the camper...

Probably beneficial to give all the information if you don't want suggestions that are irrelevant. Just sayin'...

You might want to confirm the height of the passthru cutout in the camper body too, as it looks a little high to me. From all of the Fuso passthru configurations I have seen, most people use the top edge of the truck's rear window as the guide.

I still do not see that the wedge at the rear will have any advantage. See below. I based all of my comments with the images you supplied in mind, which show a single spare wheel mounted under the vehicle. I do not know what the rules/regulations are in your country, but in Australia we have...

Some observations/questions... From what I can see, the sloped section at the rear of the camper does not give any benefit, like increasing the departure angle. If the rear were square, the box build would be simpler and you would end up with more internal space. I have the previous model, so...

    BULL BARS

Firstly, for a single cab that tilts, there are two fundamental options; with or without a winch cradle. Bullbars for dual cabs normally do not tilt, unless the cab is configured with a lifting system. On my website you will find some images of an ATW winch cradle and bullbar. That bullbar was...

I'm a bit confused... what do you mean by "systems"? What do you actually want to know/see?

    Clunking on acceleration

Is there any possibility of adding a grease point while the box is apart? I modified a part of my own gearbox, that being the bush for the gate selector shaft. The OEM bush was, in my opinion, severely lacking in its functionality, so I machined out the housing and replaced the small split...

    Clunking on acceleration

Will you be replacing the syncros as well? From what I have seen over the years, many people have had issues with crunching between 3rd and 4th, so if not all, those two syncros might be worth replacing while you're at it.

Well, that sux Yves! Hopefully you can get all of the required parts in a timely manner, and that the repair does not cost a fortune. When you have all of the details, please let us know what happened and if they know, why they think it happened.

    FG637 Camper Build

Looking good, but when you are done fitting it out, you might want to consider a bit of a lift in the rear, to level it out a bit.

Did anything metallic come out of the gearbox/transfer when you dropped the oil?

    Introducing Rosa, FG bus build

If your Rosa is fitted with the same running gear as the Canter, then a 16" rim will fit, as that is what was standard equipment on the Canter. Eathcruiser USA maybe a point of contact if you are after 17" singles. They may not have them, but might be able to help you locating some. A suspension...

Planning out my first build, I have questions looking at a 16' Reefer Box NPR.

If you are looking to have as much living space as possible, you might want to consider using a bed lift, opposed to having a fixed bed. Lots of options, from cheaper DIY builds to quite expensive commercial setups.

    Clunking on acceleration

Contrary to the gearbox/transfer, the rear diff on these trucks is pretty bulletproof. If there was an issue with the diff, I would expect that you would hear noises in more than one gear.

    Clunking on acceleration

As I am sure you know, these boxes are not known for being all that robust. A simple sanity check might be to drop your gearbox oil and confirm that there are no metal bits in there. If you use a nice clean container, you just put the same oil back in if no contaminates are found (hopefully).

    Clunking on acceleration

I'm no mechanic, but I have read, on more than a few occasions, that there is a nut on the mainshaft of the transfer case that can come undone. That may be a red herring, but it's possibly something to consider.

Are Isuzu and Fuso wheels interchangeable?

The PCD of the holes is the same, but if you are looking at using singles, the offsets are different. So no, they are not what I would consider interchangeable.
