I used similar fenders on my trailer along with 245/75R/16 tires. The original fit of the bottom length was tight so I split mine at the top corners by using a 4.5" grinder with a thin cutting disc. I cut 2 slits at each corner, spread them to the length I wanted and then welded them back...
