They do not align. We are just presenting facts and performance attributes. It is up to the reader to decide what is most important. If you are traveling internationally and remote, the needs will be quite different than if you are traveling in North America. Take all the data in and buy the...

Interesting that you find it a desperate reach. It is just a perspective based on fact, and I fully disclosed my bias towards the perspective. The intention was to provide some data behind the constant dribble that Land Rovers are entirely unreliable. That is simply not a fact. . . despite the...

Well. . . here is another perspective. We all agree that Lexus (and Toyota) are the high water mark of reliability. In 2003, when Toyota was producing stalwart vehicles like the 100 Series Land Cruiser, the 4.7 Liter Tundra, the 3.4 Liter Tacoma, and others, their defects per 100 vehicles was...

What do you use for a truck gun?

I have carried guns in Baja... Just need the right paperwork. However, I could really care less. It is their country and their rules. The most stressful situation I have ever encountered in Baja was when the taco stand ran out of shrimp ;)

That is not correct. I found the video in this thread and then reviewed it frame ---- by ---- frame. I test vehicles for a living, and a video like that tells me a lot.
