Looking forward to the updates! It's always been funny to me that that most basic of these trucks is also the fastest and most efficient due to weight. It probably feels like a rocket (and likely needs more careful throttle around corners) compared to up-tired DC 4x4s (like mine).

Curb weight that I've found for the stock DC 4wd is 4,965. I guess that shows how quickly weight adds up. I'd love to know mine, as I really only have have heavier tires, tools and such, and a weird homebrew 5th wheel plate welded between the rear frame rails.

The KO2s come in a 34x10.5x17 that would be a good option, but I have no experience with a tire that big so I would bet rubbing and/or trimming may be unavoidable.
