Thanks for the photos. The X is good but a little too short to have our bed platform open unless the front seats are all the way forward (which means you can't drive with the bed open). Looks like the 4R is a little longer inside. I built a sleeping platform that is high enough for our ice chest...
Do you have any more posts of your sleeping platform? I built one for my Xterra but am considering going to a 4runner for the extra length between the front seats and the rear gate.
