This is an older Series 3 Eezi Awn 1600 (queen size). The deck was dry rotting but the tent body and rain fly are in good shape. Deck was removed and all the hardware along with it. Everything was saved. I got a new custom cover made in grey as well. This is a project I just don't have time...
But what about getting the way points and tracks From the iPhone back to and viewed on the Mac laptop?
You can upload tracks and waypoints to Google Earth, which is free
Will that require additional software, and if so from where?
It could if Google Earth doesn't do what you want. Here's a...
Yes, the iPhone 6 has an internal GPS receiver.
I should add another small update. I got to use this app with an iPad starting last May and its been great in a vehicle. I'll put my iphone in a RAM mount on the dash and my wife can use the iPad. I'm sure a RAM mount for the iPad would be...
It will use data in the field only if/when you download a new map.
No data use if you use a wi-fi connection to download the map and the GPS signal comes from an internal receiver, not a cell signal, so you can track your position without a cell signal.
You've got some heavy duty needs, even if on occasion. Plan for the worst case scenario. No harm in adding them now, you could decide to take'em off later if they don't suit you. When I added the Dakars they felt more "sure footed" but I wouldn't describe them as stiff.
I tow a small trailer off-road and have hauled 350+lb power tools with little sag in my 07' DC Dakar equipped Tacoma with a shell. The springs are only a year old and I rarely put over 300lbs in the bed. It really depends on what you plan on putting back there but for they've been fine for...
This is pretty awesome. I bet the trip was increadible. Blog posts and photos would be nice touch. It would be a good way to display your adventure.

Take offs post lift on 2007 DC SR5. Truck had 65k miles at the time. $350 for all of it, $100 for the wheels, $250 for suspension if separated. Shipping will be estimated based on item weight and buyer location. Free local pickup. Only two wheels because two others were used for a trailer build.
You could tack some expanded steel mesh to it if you have access to a welder. That'd give you plenty of mounting options and shouldn't be too expensive. Thanks for posting this, I'm in the same boat with an 07' DC short bed and this is a great "less expensive" solution. No way I'd pay more...
I don't blame you on the 416. I had a Bantam for a bit that needed a whole new floor and I couldn't bring myself to chop it out and replace it with anything that didn't resemble the original. Dieselcruiserhead has a 416 trailer thread where he did a really clean slide out kitchen mod, thats...
The next page will tell you the file has been converted and to click on the link to download the file.
Once downloaded, look for the new file in the location that your computer defaults downloads to. On my Mac its the "downloads" folder, on most PC's its the desktop.
Next, select the file...
The file will appear in the left sidebar. Select it and right click. On the Mac an "Email" option will appear. Select this and attach the file to an email addressed to yourself.
When the email arrives, select and save the file to your desktop. This may be an unnecessary step but I haven't...
