    WTS: Land Rover LR4 (off-road / overland)

To start and to be clear, I have ZERO interest in purchasing this vehicle, I have a built LR3 for the sole purpose of overlanding/off roading that suits me just fine. You've clearly missed the points of my comments as I never (1) suggested that you didn't likely spend well over 30K on additions...

    WTS: Land Rover LR4 (off-road / overland)

you're headed in the right direction, but based on market value of the LR4 you're at least 10-12K still off what reality would suggest . At $50K your implying the current value of the "now used" add-ons is $19K-20K. While this may be true if you parted them out individually (though I question...

LR3 owners sound off, which tires?

Mine are Rover Specialties....I suspect Tactical used them as the design base for their as they are nearly identical except the RS have round tube and the TRs have square. RS is no longer in business.

LR3 owners sound off, which tires?

I think you need to view it this way, anything can happen on any trail and you want to ensure you have all critical components protected. cracking the air tank or compressor is going to leave you in bad shape....these need to be protected. I'll let you guess which version I went with...its not...

    WTS: Land Rover LR4 (off-road / overland)

nice rig and wish you luck on the sale. The price is pretty steep for a 2011 at $60K. I get all the additional items it's got and the blood and sweat that went into it, but reality is the current resale on it without the mods is $31K, its got offroading marks on it, and you have it priced $29K...

    LR3 3rd Row Seat Swap

I can't really help too much but maybe a little....I did the opposite last month - went from 7 seater to a 5 seater for the extra space. swap was very straight forward and kept the 7 seater carpet in for if I ever need to revert to keep the job under 1 hour. I think you'll need to get the 7...
