    VTO500010 Sliding Loadspace Floor

Sure no problem. I actually just yanked the 3rd row out as I got my hands on the two piece cargo deck from a 5 seater as I found that I've never used the 3rd row and could use the extra space underneath to hold some gear as well as the benefit of the weight reduction. I should have that...

    VTO500010 Sliding Loadspace Floor

My platform is removable in less than 3 mins and is extremely light weight with the frame having been made from square aluminum tubing. See page 6, post 51 of the thread for the latest iteration without the center support...

Ozark Trail "High Performance" cooler - any good?

My point was to avoid a situation where they receive the return and deny it because the item returned isn't what was ordered/"sent". IMO best to open and then call CS to inform them the wrong item was sent so it's notated on the account for when the return arrives

Ozark Trail "High Performance" cooler - any good?

I think I'd be best to call the Walmart.com customer service and explain what happened so they can notate it on the account.

Ozark Trail "High Performance" cooler - any good?

I received my 52 QT last night and its a nice addition to my 26 QT. Not sure if everyone is aware but the rubber feet on the 52 & 73 qt are actually reversible. From the factory the anti-skid rubber side is in place. However you can unscrew the 4 feet and turn them over where they turn into...

What is everyone using to power their portable fridges?

In my LR3 I run a dual battery set up to run my ARB. I used a Deka Intimidator Group 31 AGM 100 ah (Cost $200) as the house/2nd battery that feeds the fridge. My dual battery control is from Traxide (cost $350 for the controller and cables). I also have a AMSolar/GS 100 Watt Solar panel...

Sorry about that. Here you go (and also now included in my post above now): http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/148730-ARB-cords-and-fridge-mods?p=2069056#post2069056 In the case with ARB you are paying for proven customer service and a company that stands behind their products...

    Can ARB Fridges be serviced/repaired?

I think your best bet is to call ARB-USA with your questions ( Toll Free: (866) 293-9078). You will find that ARB is a top notch company and will bend over backward to keep their customers happy and their customer service folks are very knowledgeable and willing to help. As an example, have a...

Most popular stove's used in Overlanding

Fair enough. Those ceramic diesel stoves have the ceramic top separating the "flame" from your pots and pans and allow them to vent the fumes away from the food. My statement was based on using Diesel on an open flame stove. I personally have yet to see a ceramic diesel stove that is compact...

Diesel is pretty dirty to cook food with. Kero is the way to go in the third world.

Most popular stove's used in Overlanding

The MSR XGR may not be a good choice as they aren't the best for simmering and are more of a boiling stove. you may want to opt for something that has better simmer control.

    Another Ignorant AGM Battery Question

it'll depend on environment temperature conditions, the brand of fridge how full/empty the fridge is, and the amp hours of your battery. All these contribute to how often the fridge will cycle and the amp draw of the fridge when cycling.
