You can actually leave the fabric on the frame and fold it up...just like with any other pop up canopy. This not only makes for the smallest footprint in the bag but also makes set up very easy.
A correction here. I received both an Solo LT90 and LT72. The LT90 packed up in it bag is 43.5"x7"x7", not 48" as biff stated. The LT72 is 39.5"x7"x7".

thanks. for a number of us access height is needed to get the D3 in our garage with big tires and roof racks so its a bit of a show stopper if there is no solution for this.
