Brand new in box. Purchased for my project but not needed. Located in NC.
SOLD OUT from Sharkaire. No restock expected.
As far as I can tell, this is the only such unit available in the US.
Extremely efficient at only 350w power consumption!
6000 BTU, 12 VDC Mini Split Ductless, Solar Ready...
SOLVED! After sourcing and installing new injectors ($$$) with no change in the condition I was able to identify the issue with the help of the local Fuso dealer and their factory computer.
In the end my issues was my own doing - I had run a bolt into the main wiring harness when I installed my...
I'm trying to diagnose a slow start issue on my 2005 FG and would like to borrow/rent/buy a MUT-III to attempt diagnosis before taking it to the $$dealer$$. Anyone in the Raleigh, NC region have one?
UPDATE:
I finally got around to fabricating an injector pulling tool and got my injectors out to send for testing. Unsurprisingly they all failed with unacceptable levels of fuel leak-through. Now I'm on the hunt for 4 injectors - the dealer wants almost $1k EACH...
After injector removal due to sluggish starting and being down on power, all four of the fuel injectors from my truck failed testing and need to be replaced. The dealer wants nearly $1000 EACH. Anyone have a line on rebuilt ones or possibly a wholesale price? Part numbers are Mitsubishi...
Hello all,
I recently had to pull the fuel injectors on my 2005 Fuso FG140 with the 4M50 engine and came up with a good tool to make the process easy.
If possible, make sure to get your engine nice and hot beforehand to help the injectors out!
I bought a 12v unit from Sharkaire for my build; it's also a heat pump! I haven't installed it so can't speak to its efficiency but wanted to throw it out there. The company was easy to deal with, and they also make a 24v version...
It might be worth noting that this is on their V8 Isuzu chassis with custom driveline (2-speed transfer case and DynaTrac 80 axles). As such it might not be an apples-to-apples comparison to the Fuso trucks.

Lately my FG is slow to fire off. When I swapped the engine I had to send the injection pump out for a rebuild (these Bosch pumps DO NOT like sitting) but I don't recall it having this issue right after installing the rebuilt pump (it's been a few months)...
@SkiFreak That's a good point. It's radical what insta_canter is doing with his rig off road (see his latest video here) but I recognize that I will fall pretty much on the opposite end of the spectrum since I'm putting on a 16' x 8' x 8' box for full-time living capability (as opposed to his...
@Hodor Yes, I have super singles, and you're right about load rating being a concern!
@Howard70 I have a 2006 so no Duonic/single speed to worry about.
It looks like the Nitto Mud Grappler and Gladiator X Comp MT both come in a 131 Load Index for a 40/13.5 R17 tire, but like @rruff said, they...
My truck currently has 35 inch tires (315/75 R17), but having seen insta_canter's rig on IG with 40's I'm tempted to built mine around them as well seeing as I'll need custom springs either way as a part of my buildout.
It seems like the cost difference between the two sizes is fairly small...
