I’m regeared with 4:88’s and 35’s and a magnuson. There was a slight increase once I added the supercharger but it’s still bad. I have the camper on all the time and only drive it to camp so I don’t care about the mileage. i added an LRA 33 gallon tank that helps.

He has 37's and that took it way down. I only get 13mpg on the highway with my Tacoma/Khaya combo, and only if I keep it at 60-65.

A buddy of mine had a similar build and he said he was lucky to see 7-8 mpg on the highway. I had a Prevost that got 7 mpg but it was a luxury home on wheels.

Where was the water coming in? I've never had a problem on either my tent or the khaya camper.

I left that hellhole of a state four years ago (for the third time) and am never going back. Well, maybe the 395 corridor for a visit but never living there again. It's too bad...it's a beautiful state with everything you could ask for but it's run by morons.

I've got a very similar rig with the Khaya on a Tacoma and I love it. We had taken it on tracks that were just a step above a goat trail and it goes anywhere and takes whatever we throw at it. It's a great platform for two people...someone should snatch this up.
