Cabin is 5'×9' with a hitch to bumper length of 13 ½'. 2" coupler.
Walls are built from insulated panels with an insulation value of R16.
Camper is coated with liquid rubber ( and I can also provide the leftover product for future touch ups)

I was on alibaba the other day just perusing the "expedition" style campers.
It's amazing what they build and charge for what you can get in China vs what you can get in North America.
Sure quality may not be on par but for the price difference that's something I'd be willing to work with...

Arent the ratings on slides based on its weakest point- when they are fully extended?
When closed the slides are much more ridgid, and one would never be driving around with the fridge extended.
I just built a slide on 150# slides. My dometic cooler will be close to that...

I decided I want to do vinyl sheet flooring this time. I liked the idea of it being one peice and with it being glued down and caulked on the edge I won't have any dirt or dust beneath the flooring.

The pipe above the conduit is being used as a couplin for where the furnace ducting runs through the panel. Return air at the bottom.
Mounted aluminum angle on the walls to support a piece of plywood for the bed platform.

the wood is for my bed platform. Upper electrical box is 120VAC and lower is 12VDC
charger mounted and 120v outlet wired.

Made some mount brackets out of some 1/4" aluminum I already had.
As you can see my brackets don't go all the way down to the second channel in the extrusion of the awning. I need to keep the overall height of my trailer under 7'10" so I can get it in and out...
