As long as the third person is a child, it's great for three. The center console seat is small with the shifter in front, but my daughter will also spend plenty of time in the back. I added a couple seatbelts to the couch and allow her to change positions using the passthrough.
Sure, you could reconfigure the water lines to isolate and drain the exterior taps during winter use, add a water tank heater, and make a insulated cover for the boot to keep the heat from escaping into the cab.
Yes, the sofa is a sleeper and makes a full size bed. We use a 3" memory foam topper and it's comfortable. It's a been a while, but I think I removed one armrest to fit it in the camper (bolt installed). So, yes.
Currently no trailer hitch is installed.
It's a Sanden style A/C compressor that was mounted on the driver's side using a special bracket and pulley. This was done as part of the up fit for the box HVAC. Once I deleted the box HVAC, I replumbed the compressor line to pull air from the filtered air intake and added a line oiler &...

I haven't updated the thread here since September, but will update it again soon.
Yes, 3.31 gears. Previously I drove a 2016 5.0L with the 6 speed and it had much more pep than this 2020. I actually haven't driven a 2.7 EB, but assume it's a better pairing with the 10 speed.
I drive a 2020 F150 5.0L 10 speed and hate it. The truck is so anemic in the normal drive setting. The 5.0L with the 6 speed was a much better combo. Since the 10 speed is the only option anymore, ecoboost or bust.
Awesome! Did you upgrade the headlights? I've been planning on upgrading mine and I like the look of those.
Also, you said a winch on the rear bumper, but what about the front? The low profile design of the stock front bumper is great, but there's no room for a winch with the intercooler...
I believe the original MRAP tire is 395/85R20 and it's the width that makes the difference. I had pictures of 335s on a MRAP wheel that were sent to me. I can't seem to find the pictures, but will post them if I do.
I found this thread with info on machining the lip. He explains the exact issue...
If the MRAP wheels are just unmodified surplus, they're designed for a larger tire than what you will run on the Ram. The lip on the ring doesn't fit the bead right on a 335/80R20 wheel and most will machine down the lip to fit correctly.
The wheel Stazworks sells is a MRAP aluminum wheel with...
For the sink, I built a frame around it to attach the faucet and mount push-to-open drawer slides. The faucet is a 360 degree, folding design that lays flat when the drawer/sink is closed. I used an Ambassador Marine drain with a 95 degree drain angle to provide enough clearance to slide open...
