'99 F250 CrewCab short bed- I have a 6.5' box. .. how do you add the signature where it says what kind of vehicle you have?

I called also, waiting on a call back as I spoke to his friend, rather than him. It should fit my truck other than needing a platform to clear the cab. :) *update* Picking it up next Friday no mods needed to fit my truck
