Updates on minor repairs: The water heater is now fixed. The outdoor shower has been replaced. No more leaks. There is plentiful hotwater at the sink or shower in about 7-10 minutes time, as thats how long it takes once you turn on the heater. More repairs mentioned above soon to be completed.
